What does it mean to have "Top Down, Bottom Up" Cellular Shades?
It means you can pull the shades down from the Top OR draw them up from the Bottom. This has to do with adjusting light and privacy. Some people want to maintain having light come in through the window from the top but want privacy in the bottom portion of the window. Or, they want to have the window view open on the bottom and help block the light from the top. These Top Down, Bottom Up Cellular Shades allow you to do just that.
